Q: What is Salt River Connect?
A: Salt River Connect is a dedicated business technology and solutions brand, built specifically to serve commercial customers. It brings together Unified Communications, Networking, Cybersecurity, Managed and Co-Managed IT, and AI and Automation tools under one focused brand. Where Saddleback Communications will continue delivering ISP service to the local community, Salt River Connect carries the full weight of the business technology mission.
Q: Why is this transition from Saddleback Communications Business Services to Salt River Connect happening?
A: This is a structural decision, not a cosmetic one. Separating business services into a dedicated brand lets us focus more deeply on what commercial customers actually need — faster execution, broader solutions, and a team entirely oriented around business outcomes. It’s the result of deliberate investment, and it’s been in the works for some time.
Q: Who owns Salt River Connect?
A: Salt River Connect is 100% owned and operated by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. That hasn’t changed and won’t change. Community ownership and accountability are foundational to who we are.
What This Means for You
Q: Does anything change for me as a customer?
A: Your service doesn’t change. Your team doesn’t change. What changes is the name and brand you’ll see us operating under going forward. The engineers, operators, and support staff who built and manage your current infrastructure are the same people leading this forward. Same expertise, same relationships — new platform.
Q: Do I need to do anything?
A: No action is required on your part. Your services continue uninterrupted. The only thing you’ll notice immediately is updated contact information for our business teams (see below) and our new brand name in future communications.
Q: Will my contract or pricing change?
A: No. Your existing agreements remain in place as-is. If any changes to your service or agreement are ever proposed, you will be contacted directly and in advance. We will never change your terms without a conversation.
Q: Will my billing change?
A: Your billing will eventually reflect the Salt River Connect brand, but we will communicate any changes to billing documents before they occur. There will be no changes to your payment process, amounts, or schedule without prior notice.
